My Story 

For me, AI should enable and support, not overwhelm.

That’s why I created ConfidentAI, to help small businesses unlock the power of AI in a way that’s practical, jargon-free, and stress-free.

Behind the brand is me, Michelle, your AI guide and trainer. I work with you one-to-one or with your team, keeping everything simple, approachable, and aligned to your goals.

After 25 years in sales and marketing with leading travel brands like British Airways and easyJet, my career faced uncertainty in 2023 with the seemingly sudden rise of AI.

To be honest, I resisted at first. I’ve never been the most technical person (setting up a printer melts my brain), but the more I explored, the more I saw that you don’t need to be “techy” to unlock the power of AI.

What also struck me was that AI isn’t just for big corporations with data teams—it’s also for small businesses juggling everything with limited time, resources, and people. That realisation sparked something in me. I immersed myself in learning, fascinated by how AI could save time, reduce stress, and create new opportunities.

Now, I share that knowledge with business owners who feel overwhelmed, fearful, or simply too busy to explore AI on their own.

I believe AI can be simple, practical, and transformative. And I’m here to help make that a reality for you.
